Basil Pesto
So I decided to make Pesto from the lush Basil crop. I looked online and used a combination of 2 recipes from Simply Recipes and BBC Recipes it was simple, fun and we now have 6 cartons of frozen Basil Pesto. I am intending to swap a couple of them at the Encinitas Food Swap on the 14 July. |
